Rushora – Refund & Return Policy

At Rushora, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review the following policy for returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most items purchased from Rushora within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged

  • It is in its original packaging

  • All accessories, documentation, and tags are included

  • You provide valid proof of purchase

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Digital or downloadable items

  • Clearance or final-sale merchandise

  • Items marked as “non-returnable” at checkout


2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at kamzak57@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. You will receive return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

  3. Pack your item carefully and ship it back within the provided timeframe.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The item shows signs of wear, damage, or misuse

  • The return is sent without authorization

  • Shipping fees were paid and the return is not due to our mistake


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products or if you need the same product in a different size or color.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived yet:

  • Double-check your bank or card account

  • Contact your bank or credit card company (processing delays may occur)

  • If you still haven’t received the refund after 10 business days, contact us at kamzak57@gmail.com


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
