Rushora – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Rushora. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your orders will be processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–5business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.


2. Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 1–5 business days

  • Canada: 2–5 business days

  •  Europe: 2–6 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 3–7 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–14 business days

These are estimated timeframes and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Occasionally, promotions may include free shipping on select items or orders.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear depending on the carrier.

5. International Shipping & Customs

Rushora ships worldwide. However:

  • Customs fees, duties, or import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Delays caused by customs inspections are outside of our control.

Please check your local customs regulations for more information.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Rushora is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages due to:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Missing apartment or unit numbers

  • Customer relocation after placing an order

If an address is entered incorrectly, contact us immediately at kamzak57@gmail.com.
If the order has already shipped, we cannot make changes.


7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears delayed or lost:

  1. Check the tracking link for updates.

  2. Contact the carrier for details.

  3. If the carrier cannot locate your package, email us at kamzak57@gmail.com and we’ll assist further.

Rushora is not liable for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier.


8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging and damaged items

We will work with you to replace or refund the affected items.
